Returns & Exchanges

Any product may be returned within 60 days for an exchange or refund (less shipping charges).

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we have made an error in shipment or an item arrives damaged or defective. In the event of a shipment error or a damaged/defective item, The Barrel Mill will be responsible for the cost of ground shipping only, and only for returns made within 60 days of the purchase date.

Please contact us if your defective merchandise is less than $10.00 in value; returning the merchandise may not be necessary.
